MARIA DUDLEY was named a partner of Rosado, Apat & Dudley in 2011. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and obtained her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law. Ms. Dudley has successfully practiced law in both New York and Washington and is an active member of the New York State Bar. Ms. Dudley is also an active member of the Executive Board of Advancing Local Leadership Opportunities for Women, Inc. (A.L.L.O.W.), a non-profit organization, established in 2018, to bring together a diverse group of union labor leaders, workforce advocates and nonprofit organization leaders for the purpose of encouraging the exchange of ideas, policies, and initiative for the advancement of women in the workplace.
Ms. Dudley currently handles all aspects of No-Fault Medical Collections for Doctors and Medical Providers, including the litigation and arbitration of no-fault claims, represents the rights of injured workers and disabled persons in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability, and represents sellers and buyers in the sale, purchase, and refinancing of properties. Ms. Dudley comes from a family with deep roots in the real estate field, having owned and managed residential and commercial properties throughout Long Island and NYC.
