Industrial accidents: Unexpected activation of machine injures 3

New York owners of businesses that are involved in recycling operations have to ensure that workers are aware of the multiple safety hazards they will encounter within the plant. Also, training must be provided to teach employees how to stay safe. Unfortunately, many workers are injured in industrial accidents that could have been prevented by compliance with safety regulations.

Employers should take action to prevent employment-related traffic accidents

According to the Occupational Safety and Health Association, a traffic accident occurs in the U.S. every five seconds, an injury every 10 seconds and a death every 12 minutes. These mind-boggling statistics put the very real and daily dangers that workers who must drive for a living into perspective.
